CLI Tool to Modify Database

Test:

Modify earlier tests to set up the database with a CLI tool instead of a hand-written Java program.

Notes:

Not too long, especially in comparison to earlier SQL work. It will take a while to clean up the code that is now redundant, though. I was pleased how easy it was, once I had "add" working on three types, to get add working on all and "edit" working. (Except for compound authors.)
