Books with Multiple Volumes

Should be an entry for entire work, with link to individual volumes. Shouldn't be a need to duplicate info.

Notes:

I had to do this now because of Nextworld, Volume 1. The class structure is getting a bit more complicated: instead of just Book, we have BookLike, Book, Series, and Volume. But it was all simple enough refactoring. I'm starting to think I should add the author to titles links soon; the author pages are really bare, and I have enough machinery/experience in place to make that pretty easy.
